Will McCoy II

Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Will brings over 17 years of experience in real estate development, EV infrastructure, solar and battery storage. He founded Urbana Real Estate, where he grew and managed a $60M portfolio, and Vehya, an international EV charging platform he scaled past $10M in revenue within 18 months, with Stellantis and DTE Energy as partners. His work spans the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe and India. He holds an MBA from the Kogod School of Business at American University. At CryoChain he leads strategy, funding and the build of every site, and runs the first site himself.

Maabena A. Webb

Co-Founder, Director of Government Relations and Policy

Maabena leads CryoChain's work with Ghanaian ministries, diplomatic channels and national institutions. She is Partner and Director of Finance at Agilent Maritime, based at Tema Port, and Founder and Managing Director of the Brighter Purpose Group. She brings twenty years of project finance experience across infrastructure, energy and commercial structuring between countries, and holds an MBA from the Kogod School of Business at American University. At CryoChain she leads relationships with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development, the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, the Free Zones Authority and the Presidential 24-Hour Economy Secretariat.

Baffour Ohene-Kena

Co-Founder, Director of Commercial and Business Development

Baffour leads CryoChain's commercial strategy and buyer contracts. He brings the farmers on one side and the buyers on the other: cooperatives, aggregators, hotels, grocers and export channels. He has deep networks across Ghana's agricultural trade and the wider West African region, and he leads farmer onboarding and the buyer agreements that keep each site busy from the first day.
