Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 14, 2026
CryoChain Inc., together with its affiliates and operating subsidiaries (collectively, “CryoChain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website (the “Site”), how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. By accessing or using the Site, you consent to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
(a) Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, request access to the data room, or inquire about an upcoming delegation or site visit, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first and last name, email address, organization name, professional role or title, the nature of your interest in CryoChain, and any message or attachment you choose to send.
(b) Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from IP. This information is collected through standard server logs and privacy-preserving analytics tools.
(c) Information from cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar local-storage technologies to remember your preferences, measure aggregate traffic patterns, and improve performance. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you across unrelated third-party sites.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to (a) respond to your inquiries and provide the materials or introductions you request; (b) evaluate prospective commercial, diplomatic, or financing relationships, including, where applicable, accredited-investor verification under Regulation D Rule 506(c); (c) operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; (d) detect, prevent, and address fraudulent activity or technical issues; (e) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and (f) communicate with you about CryoChain updates, events, and materials you have indicated interest in receiving.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires it (including, for example, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and similar regimes), we process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases: (i) your consent; (ii) the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract; (iii) compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject; and (iv) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
(a) Service providers. Vetted third-party processors who help us operate the Site and our business, including hosting providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, customer-relationship-management platforms, and accredited-investor verification services, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
(b) Professional advisors. Our legal counsel, accountants, auditors, and similar advisors, where reasonably necessary for the operation of our business or for compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
(c) Government and regulators. When required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CryoChain, our personnel, our partners, or the public.
(d) Corporate transactions. In connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to customary confidentiality safeguards.
5. International Data Transfers
CryoChain operates as a United States parent company with operating activity in multiple jurisdictions, including West Africa. Information you submit through the Site may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and in other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses) to protect such transfers.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, reporting, or commercial requirements. When information is no longer needed, we will either delete it or take reasonable steps to anonymize it.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage, however, is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide information to us at your own risk.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding personal information we hold about you, including the right to (a) access the information we hold; (b) request correction of inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your information; (d) object to or restrict certain processing; (e) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and (f) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our contact form. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.
