Book in three steps

Done in the app, in a few taps.

  1. Choose hours or a full day

Book by the hour for a quick run, by the day for an event, or set up regular runs.

  2. Add pickup, drop off and temperature

Tell us where, when and how cold. Chilled or frozen.

  3. Confirm and track it live

Follow the truck on the map and get the temperature record when the job is done.

How a booking works, start to finish

What happens before, during and after your job.

  1. Before the day

You book in the app or send the form. We confirm the date, the hours and the temperature, and send you the truck and driver details.

  2. The truck arrives cold

The cold box is brought down to your temperature before it reaches you, so your goods go straight into the cold.

  3. During the job

You follow the truck live. If the temperature moves, the driver and our team are alerted in the same minute, while there is still time to fix it.

  4. After the job

You get the temperature record for the whole booking, ready to show your own customers.

Planning an event?

  • The date, and the hours you need the truck on site.

  • What you are keeping cold, and about how much.
  • Chilled, frozen, or both.
  • The name and phone number of the person meeting the truck.

Space in our cold store

When your own cold room is full, broken down, or you simply have nowhere cold to put it.

  • Cold room or freezer broken down. Keep your stock cold with us until it is fixed.
  • Harvest surge. Store the extra instead of selling it cheap.
  • Too few buyers this week. Hold it cold and sell when prices recover.
  • Ship, port or paperwork delays. Goods wait in the cold, not on the dock.
  • Truck breakdown or road closure. Goods wait cold until the route is clear.

Our cold store keeps running through a full day without mains power, so a blackout never warms your goods.
